shuvowin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of account activity that triggers a compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by the shuvowin compliance team may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

shuvowin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification retain the right to complete that promotion under the original terms, provided those original terms do not conflict with a mandatory platform-wide rule change.
As a shuvowin player, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on shuvowin and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Violation of any of the prohibitions listed above entitles shuvowin to take one or more of the following actions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspension or permanent closure of the player's account; voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances; withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation; reporting the activity to the relevant authorities; and pursuing recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct through legal channels.
Either the player or shuvowin may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Where an account is closed by shuvowin due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Funds determined to be legitimately deposited and not connected to the breach may be returned at shuvowin's discretion, after deducting any amounts owed to shuvowin. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all cases of breach-related closure.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). shuvowin will notify the registered email address associated with the account before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200. The fee will be deducted from the account's real-money balance until the balance reaches zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, shuvowin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the shuvowin platform.
